This started as a wild idea: get wine pros to tell us what they actually drink when no one's watching.

No more menu anxiety. No more overhyped bottles. Just real conversations with the sommeliers, bartenders and shop owners who pour it for a living, and are tired of the pretense too.

Wine is fun, but it can be overwhelming. We want everyone, whatever their background or certification, to feel closer to it. One short letter at a time.
